This past weekend, we found ourselves travelling a bit more than we have in our past weeks in the US. On Saturday we said farewell to the Kentucky leg of our time on home assignment and began our Illinois trip. Our first stop was Chicago where we got to visit a church who supports us. It was so lovely to chat, catch up, and pray with these folks. After a somewhat discouraging week, it was refreshing and encouraging to feel so welcomed and loved by everyone there.
