We haven’t officially begun our countdown to returning home, but we’re getting close! We have one more week of visiting with friends and family and 1 week of holiday before we make the journey home. I hope Asher remembers some of this trip, especially this week’s highlight–swimming in Lake Michigan and practically rolling down the dunes.
The road will have bumps and detours. It will be joyful, and it will be painful. The road we take won’t always be easy, but it shapes who we are. The road I’ve walked is a part of who I am and who I’m becoming.
