Leon returned to the US last Tuesday! We have been enjoying our time together, even though we have been busy the entire week he’s been back.
Our days have been filled with finishing wedding details, contacting supporters, packing my life away, and meeting with people who would potentially support us in ministry. Nearly every evening this past week has consisted of meeting with friends of mine here in Kentucky. It has been a joy to spend time with my friends and family here, as we only have 11 more days (!!!) to do so.
Even though we’ve been busy, we have still had time to enjoy ourselves. On Saturday we went to the wedding of some friends of mine. It was nice to visit with friends there, and even get in a bit of Jewish dancing! :) Saturday evening we went to Eden Park, where we saw a production of Shakespeare’s A Midsummer Night’s Dream. It was a good production.
In some ways, the details of the wedding itself aren’t bothering me much anymore. They will work themselves out, and the most important part is that we will be married at the end of the day. :) Did I mention that we only have 11 more days?!? :D
